Write for us
We welcome pitches that help general readers think more clearly about change and possible futures. A good contribution makes one idea understandable, treats uncertainty honestly and gives readers a useful way to examine a question without claiming to predict the outcome.
What to pitch
Propose a focused explanation, comparison, historical perspective, examination of a common assumption or practical way to frame a future-facing question. We are interested in pieces about signals, scenarios, decisions, time horizons and adaptation, provided the subject can be handled responsibly for a general audience.
What makes a strong proposal
Tell us the working title, the central point, who the piece is for and why the subject is worth attention. Explain how you would handle uncertainty and what the reader should understand by the end. Keep the scope clear; a narrow, well-developed idea is more useful than a sweeping claim about what comes next.
How to send it
Send your proposal through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a short outline and any relevant context for the proposed subject. Please do not present predictions as settled facts or include confidential information. A pitch is a proposal, not a guarantee of publication.
